What a fantastic write up. Great views and perspectives.

I must say that it is a shame that Hodder brought such interest and consistancy to the character of Jason in the crappiest movie of the series (... Manhatten). But, for me, it still works, considering previous Jason's were sometimes stuntmen who had to stand in after the original actor bailed.

I must be in the minority, then, as I consider Jason Goes to Hell to be one of the best of the series. For me, it explained his unstopabble nature and confirmed what I always intuitively knew: He was no longer a human, but a demon, a true minion of Satan himself.

Freddy vs. Jason was, indeed, outstanding!

Any news on the Jason vs. Freddy vs. Ash? Or was that just a rumor.

Fantastic article!
