I loved it and I think Monica's review is excellent and does it justice. However, I loved the ending! And I think the "how" it works is explained in the quantum physics chapter. Also I found the epilogue very poignant. And romantic! Mostert's endings are often controversial. Windwalker, Season of the Witch and now Keeper of Light and Dust. Fans either love these endings or find them unsatisfactory. One thing about Mostet's endings - never predictable.
