<description>I wanted to thank Robert A. Howard for taking the time to do such a through review, I am actually going to be releasing the errata update for the PDF later this week.

A few points about balance:
Converse with the Dead: you gain this 2 levels after a wizard and 1 level after the sorcerer has access to Contact another Plane. So we did not add anything to the game that was not available multiple times per day via spell.

Balegaze: unlike most gaze attacks it has a 1/day use (though you can take it multiple uses per day by taking the feat again), it also offers a save to negate all the damage, and any creature that makes a successful save is immune to this effect for 24 hours. And while yest an average of 13.5 points of dex damage on average seems strong at 20th level you could render all the same creatures helpless with a mass hold monster, and still cast hold monster again.

and if you as a GM run into a balance issue you can always bring them back alive :)

Thanks again for a great review.
